To determine if program is effective, you first need to determine if students are achieving their individual and/or program goals and objectives.

Program Effectiveness Calculations
- Teacher Effectiveness:
- Sum of class exit scores / Sum of class target scores
- Example - 57.6 / 59.7 = 96.5%
- Ideally, progress percentage should equal 85%+
- Class Percent Improvement:
- (Class Mean Exit Score - Class Mean Entry Score) / Class Mean Entry Score
- Example - (6.2 - 5.8) / 5.8 = 6.9%
- Individual Percent Improvement
- (Student Exit Score - Student Entry Score) / Student Entry Score
- Example - (8 - 6) / 6 = 33.3%

REFLECTIVE TEACHINGSelf-assessment of teaching, where the teacher examines their pedagogy, articulates reasons and strengths for their strategies, and identifies areas for revision or improvement.
